Rinat Feniger-Schaal, PhD is a drama therapist, lecturer and researcher. As an undergraduate student of the University of Haifa, she graduated with Honors in Psychology and Theater. Then she went to the UK to continue her studies. She received a Post Graduate Diploma in Drama Therapy from the University of Hertfordshire and a MSc in Psychoanalytic Developmental Psychology from University College in London. Dr. Feniger-Schaal returned to the University of Haifa to do a PhD in Developmental Psychology.
As a drama therapist, Dr. Feniger-Schaal has worked with various populations, including adults with mental illness, child-parent groups, and the elderly. Currently, she works with adults with special needs and she is the head of drama therapy at studies at the Graduate School of Creative Art Thrapies, University of Haifa.
